Five ingredient cookie dough protein slices

Cookie dough lovers unite. These delicious bars take no time to make (and if you're like us, just as little time to devour). We made them into protein bars, but you can just as easily roll them into little balls. We've used Pure Blend Co protein powder in Madagascan Vanilla and Maca flavour from The Jett Box (which is delicious!).

You'll need:

1 cup oats

3 scoops protein powder 

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup chocolate chips (we chopped by a dark Green & Blacks bar)

Almond milk as needed

How you'll need to do it:

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a blender, then add the chocolate chips and slowly add the milk, until it's sticking together enough, but not too wet.

Then grease a tin with coconut oil (butter is fine too) and put in the dough mixture and push down so it's compact. 

Pop in the freezer for five minutes, then cut with a knife. Enjoy.
