GLUTES THAT SALUTE 

On both males and females, strong glutes don’t just look great – they’re a muscle group that impact performance in every sport, from running, to weighlifting. In March's box, The Angus, we featured The Fitty Hip Circle...our very first product! Side note: a hip circle is like a really thick resistance band, and unlike rubber ones, it doesn't pinch hair or skin. 

The Fitty band activates muscles around the hips and glutes to improve technique and get you stronger, faster. Use it to warm-up before a workout, or during squats and deadlifts to strengthen hip adbuctors and external rotators and keep the knees pushed out. It also makes a brutal full glute workout on its own.
