The Rude Health cafe is bright pink on the outside, and nutritiously dense on the inside. Opened last year in Fulham, it marks the bold breakfast brand's 10th anniversary, and we finally paid it a visit. Flowing from their mantra of 'Eat Right, Stay Brilliant', the menu features their homemade, sprouted and fermented foods, as well as seasonal, local produce. Expect deliciously creamy porridges, and eggs shakshuka to soups and salads. Huge windows flood the room with natural light, and we saw a stream of commuters popping in to grab their breakfast to go.
The creamiest porridge made with almond milk – one topped with blueberries, mascarpone, blueberry compote, and the other salted maple syrup, banana, and nuts. We also had soft boiled eggs, served with buttered sourdough toast, because we're bottomless pits.
Flat whites with Rude Health cashew milk (delicious), espresso, and Jarr Kombuca.
Very relaxed, making it a great spot to brunch with friends at the weekend, have a breakfast meeting during the week, or grab and go on your way to the office.
