UN1T London bodyweight workouts

If you know us, you'll know we love UN1T, a top team conditioning studio in Fulham and London Bridge. We're STOKED to feature a complimentary workout for you AND a friend in September's Fitty Box. For those of you who can't make it to studio, the Irish legend that is Rob Smyth (the face of UN1T and all-round top bloke) has put together two bodyweight workouts for you to do at home. There's one cardio and one strength, and both will get you sweaty.

Workout one: cardio 

This is Tabatha / HIIT style training, and you have 20 seconds of work, then 10 seconds of rest. There are five different exercises, and you'll complete two sets of each exercise twice, before moving on to the next....once you've done all five exercises, that's one round. You've got five rounds in total to get you sweating. 

#1 Burpees 
#2 Mountain Climbers 
#3 Squat Thrusters 
#4 Frog Jumps
#5 Plyo Lunges

(So once you've done two sets of burpees, move onto mountain climbers and so on, then repeat for five rounds.)

Workout two: strength 

For this workout, you have 30 seconds of work, then 15 seconds of rest. There are five different exercises, and you'll complete two sets of each exercise twice, before moving on to the next....once you've done all five exercises, that's one round. You've got three rounds in total to get you pumped. 

#1 Push Ups
#2 Back Extensions
#3 Side Plank
#4 Reverse Lunges 
#5 Squat Jumps

(Holding on your elbow is easier, but advance to your hand if you can.)
